Teenage courses
CAE has many years' experience of running courses, mainly in the summer but also at other times of year. Young learners from all over the world come on courses, many of them returning year after year. Young learner students receive an end of course report and CAE certificate on departure.
Level based Project work classes give teenagers a chance to practice all four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Afternoon Electives give you time to learn English by doing things you like. Daily Portfolio and Homework sessions give you time to review your progress, complete homework tasks and take part in Student Committee meetings.
Week course includes:
- 20 English language lessons;
- daytime and evening activities;
- excursion programme.
Activities
There are all kinds of original and interesting events in and outside CAE most evenings of the year - and every evening during the summer. The Academy can also help you take full advantage of Cambridge - one of the world's great student cities!
There is at least one excursion every weekend and, in the course of each season, CAE offers a very extensive programme of excursions to all parts of the UK - including London, Stratford/Warwick, Scotland, Oxford, Brighton, and Liverpool.
