Sir William programme at Richmond International University has been running since 2008 as a summer English school in London. As a prestigious international university in one of the great world capitals, this is the ideal setting for our 14-17 year old students who are looking for a secure on-campus course, in London, with a taste of university life, in a perfect location. All facilities and residential accommodation are on-campus in the beautiful grounds of the University’s territory in Richmond-upon-Thames.

Richmond International University offers students a choice of a Standard or Intensive programme, with either 20 (15 hours) or 28 lesson (21 hours) per week. If you choose the Intensive Programme the extra hours of English lessons will take the place of some afternoon activities. There is no difference in price between the Standard and Intensive Programmes and you should confirm your choice of Programme when you complete your application. There is a wide range of nationalities and the maximum class size is 16. Certificate of studies and academic report from teachers would be given at the end of stay
School offers wide choice of sports, arts and crafts, cultural and language activities every day. Each week students go on 1 half-day and 2 full-day excursions each week. Excursions to London include sightseeing, walking tours, visits to famous museums and art galleries and shopping in places like Covent Garden and Oxford Street. Students will visit different places in London on each visit.
Acommodation
Richmond International University course centre is a beautiful campus in a traditional University college surrounded by lovely, picturesque gardens situated within 10-15 minute walk to Richmond town centre. It provides high level of safety and security with residential staff living on site providing 24-hour supervision.
Sir William course offers students comfortable university experience providing on-campus bedrooms, shared bathrooms, student common rooms, 15 classrooms, arts and crafts room, hall for plays and social gatherings, computer room with free Internet access and sports facilities within easy walking distance. All meals are provided in the dining room at the University.
There is a wide choice of hot and cold food and a vegetarian option for every meal. Packed lunches are provided on excursion days. At bedtimes, there is also a late snack (soft drinks, cookies and cake).
