General information

European School of English is conveniently located on the fringe of the popular entertainment centre Paceville. Within walking distance of the school you will find restaurants, banks, bars, nightclubs, shops, a casino, two shopping centres, cinemas, a bowling alley, hotels and ESE’s own Meridjan and Belmonte Apartments. St George’s Bay is just down the road from the school as it is an old and quaint fishing village of St Julian’s.

Classes for College Camp teens are held on  school premises. Teens living with host families or staying in other European School of English accommodation join students for English courses delivered on the College Camp premises.

Young Learners

Young Learners are grouped according to age and they follow a dynamic and activity-based English learning programme. The qualified teachers use many innovative techniques to keep your child motivated and excited about learning the English language. Сlassroom activities include learning English through songs, music, films and Create & Describe and Art & Craft activiities.

Week course includes:
  • 15 English language lessons;
  • daytime and evening activities;
  • 1 full day and 1 half day excursions.

Intensive English

The popular Intensive option which is a combination of 20 group classes with 10 individual lessons. 20 group lessons of General English are combined with individual lessons allowing your child to focus on topics and areas of language knowledge of his/her preference. During such individual lessons, your child benefits from  teacher’s full attention and opportunities for practice and feedback.

English with Diving: 12 years +

The opportunity to learn English and dive in the clear blue Mediterranean sea is a once-in-a lifetime opportunity for any child who loves the sea. The sea surrounding Maltese islands is renowned internationally for its visibility. This package may be combined with College Camp or Junior Club Programmes.

Milan Junior Camp & English: 10 – 16 years

This two-week football + English package is designed purposely for 10 – 16 year old girls and boys who love football. The package allows them to combine professional football training with a General English course at European School of English. All Milan Junior Club coaches are qualified and approved by AC Milan and the Camp focuses on providing the highest standards of professional training in youth football and is approved by the Italian Football Federation.

Extreme Sports: 16 years +

If your son or daughter loves sports and would like to include more sports-based options in his/her study, why not to book  extreme sports package. This package can be combined with the Junior Club Programme or the Young Adults Programme and participants must be at least 16 years old.

English with Sailing: 12 years +

In combination with the ESE College Camp or Junior Club Programme, the English + sailing package offers your child the opportunity to learn the basics of sailing in the setting of the beautiful Mediterranean sea whilst learning English and making new friends.

Activities

The Young Learners programme is an activity-packed programme with plenty of fun and opportunites for young ESE learners to interact with other English-speaking friends. All European School of English activities are carefully chosen by  Leisure staff to ensure that your child is safe while s/he is on his/her study holiday. Some of Young Learners’ favourite activities include Bowling, a visit to Splash and Fun Water Park and a Treasure Hunt.
