Programme «Summer holidays in Eastbourne»
Daily from Monday to Friday 3 English lessons are given for young students. The main task of teachers is to create an atmosphere for effective natural immersion of children into language enviroment. That is why the emphasis is on developing speaking and thinking in English. Also the teachers of St. Andrew's School pay due attention to grammar, writing, vocabulary and pronunciation.
Activities and excursions
Young students can practice language skills outside the classrooms. For them a special international club was established. Here children communicate, talk about their home countries, create joint projects. The program includes three full-day excursions every two weeks to London, Brighton and Hastings. After classes students go to the sightseeing of Eastbourne: museums, art galleries, parks and churches; in the evening they are waiting for quizzes, contests, discos, karaoke, talent shows, sports and outdoor games.
Accommodation
Homestay with a family gives children the opportunity to experience the English way of life at first hand and to practise English outside the classroom. The friendly British families communicate with students and introduce them to the traditions of England. The price includes three meals a day.
